We do not sell your data. We do not use your intake responses to train AI models. Your responses are used only to generate your personal report.
If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box at checkout, ISEOLUWA INK LLC will send you transactional text messages, such as a notification when your Ma’at report is ready and reminders about your scheduled 1:1 coaching call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get assistance by replying HELP.
We do not send marketing emails or marketing text messages unless you have explicitly opted in. Transactional communications are sent as part of the service you purchased.

Your intake responses are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate your report. Anthropic’s API usage policies govern how they handle that data. Anthropic states that API inputs are not used to train their models.
We retain your account and report data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you access to your portal.
If you request deletion of your account and data, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g., payment records retained for 7 years per IRS guidelines).
