Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Divine Knowing or Ma’at (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ISEOLUWA INK LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Description of Service

We publish the book Divine Knowing by Michael Best and operate Ma’at, an AI-assisted spiritual coaching platform. Customers complete a personal intake questionnaire, pay a one-time fee, and receive a personalized Ma’at Report generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed by our coach. Customers also receive access to a member portal with video content and a 1:1 coaching call.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

The Service is primarily intended for users in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

4. Account Registration

Access to your member portal requires authentication via a one-time sign-in code sent to your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs through your portal access.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at contacts@divineknowing1.com.

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box at checkout, you agree to receive transactional text messages from ISEOLUWA INK LLC, such as a notification when your Ma’at report is ready and reminders about your scheduled 1:1 coaching call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how your mobile information is handled.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

7. AI-Generated Content

Your report is generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While reviewed by a human coach, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. It is provided for reflective and personal development purposes only.

Ma’at is not a licensed mental health, medical, legal, or financial service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms — including the website design, book content, video content, prompts, and methodology — is owned by ISEOLUWA INK LLC and protected by copyright law.

Your personal report is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the intake responses you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a limited license to use them to generate your report and deliver the Service.

9. Payment and Refunds

Ma’at charges a one-time fee for the Ma’at Report, portal access, and coaching call. All prices are displayed at checkout and are in US dollars.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout, you authorize the charge to your payment method.

Our refund policy is available at maat-ivory.vercel.app/refund. Refund eligibility depends on whether your report has been generated and delivered. Within 1 hour of purchase, refunds are automatic with no questions asked.

10. No Subscription

Ma’at currently operates on a one-time purchase model. You will not be billed again after your initial purchase unless you explicitly purchase an additional service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Stripe (payments), Supabase (auth and database), Anthropic (AI generation), Resend (email), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ISEOLUWA INK LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
